Fund-raising Dinner for the Maison des enfants Marie-Rose

The fund-raising dinner for the Maison des enfants Marie-Rose will be held on Thursday, November 14, in the enchanting setting of the Manoir de Beauharnois. The event is under the honorary presidency of Pierre Gouslisty, of Beauharnois-based Construction & Expertise PG.

The program includes a children’s dance and poetry recitation show, a traditional Québécois meal and an auction. Armand Vaillancourt, renowned artist and patron of the Maison des enfants, has donated one of his works (Duel au soleil) for the event.

The absence of recurrent government financial support is weakening this organization, whose important role in children’s development is praised in the community. To ensure its continuity, the organization is appealing for solidarity with children, and is stepping up its fund-raising activities, including Jeudis jazz in Manoir.

The heritage building also offers a magnificent setting for a variety of activities, both for the business community and for social gatherings.

Tickets are on sale through this platform at a tax-receipted price of $105.
