In January 2022, the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM) of Quebec established the Eulalie-Rose Foundation. This charitable organization supports projects of a community nature, giving priority to those that promote the development of a person’s full potential and provide specific assistance to people in situations of vulnerability and exclusion.
Named in tribute to Blessed Marie-Rose Durocher, the Congregation’s foundress, the Foundation is a means for the SNJMs to ensure the continuity of its educational mission at the heart of Quebec society. What’s more, by providing concrete support for the projects of organizations working directly in the field, the Foundation aims to reinforce the impact of their actions and foster positive change within the community.
