Sister Marguerite Bonhomme
« Jesus, my strength and my glory »
On June 2, 2024, Sister Marguerite Bonhomme,
in religion M.-Jean-Raymond,
went home to God.
Born in Saint-Chrysostome, Québec, she was the daughter
of Roch Bonhomme and Régina Chèvrefils.
She was 99 years old, with 76 years as a vowed religious
with the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary.
Sister Marguerite was very attentive to the needs of her companions. After 25 years of teaching, she served another 40 years as a chauffeur for her sisters.
