Madeleine Sauvé’s life story highlighted
In the Spring 2022 issue, the magazine Les Diplômés – Université de Montréal (in French only) presents presents a short biography of Sr. Madeleine Sauvé and two other famous graduates (page 47) who recently passed away.
She was the first woman to teach theology at the Université de Montréal (UDM) and became the university’s grammarian in 1972. During her career at UDM, she produced numerous publications related to religious studies, terminology and grammar.
Her contribution is also mentioned in a page of the university’s Center for Written Communication (in French only).
