Virtual Meeting of the Justice and Peace Committee on Interculturality

The next meeting of the SNJM Justice and Peace Committee in Quebec will be held on May 26 in the form of a virtual conference. Postponed one year later in the hope of being able to hold this meeting in person, the members of the committee had to decide to hold it in another way.

Sr. Huguette Fleurant

Sister Huguette Fleurant, now living in Manitoba, will speak about her experience of interculturality. She will present the goals of the project of living with immigrants. It will also be an opportunity to address various aspects of “living together” in a multicultural context where languages and customs are different, to discover the journey of these immigrant women and to lift the veil on certain problematic situations (violence and poverty).
